RETURN AND EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICES: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
AVAILABILITY: Certain items may be out of stock from time to time. We are not obligated to carry an item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer. All items are subject to availability and as the manufacturers’ product lines change, our product line changes also.
PAYMENTS : We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVERY, PAYPAL, Money Orders or Personal Checks in US Funds. All charges are placed at the time we determine the item or items ordered are in stock and ready to ship. The release of an order that is covered by personal check is subject to a minimum of 4 business days waiting period to allow for the check to clear.
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS: All accepted orders are confirmed by e-mail. We will also provide you with the estimated ship date and delivery date. Should an item be out of stock we will promptly inform you and offer you the option to either cancel your order or accept a later delivery date.
SHIPMENTS AND SHIPPING CHARGES: Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped by UPS or FEDEX Ground within the 48 continental United States only. Orders are expected to be delivered in 3 to 10 business days depending on their final destination. Upon request we may use a faster UPS services or FEDEX. Special shipping rates and conditions apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Please contact us at for details.
DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT GOODS: It is your responsibility to inspect a package for damage upon delivery. Do not accept delivery of a package or merchandise that is damaged. In such event promptly call us at 1-888-968-6399 or the carrier that delivered the package (UPS at 800 742 5877 or FEDEX at 800 463 3339). We will assist you in filing a claim and, when in stock, we will replace lost or damaged merchandise as soon as we receive a claim number from the carrier or the damaged item is returned to us.
RETURNS: To return an item you must obtain permission from NEXX North America at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Only the original Buyer may request for exchange or return. All returned products must be in the unopened original manufacturer packaging and in the same conditions as it was originally delivered. Do not remove tags and labels. We reserve the right to inspect the product after receipt. Should we determine that the conditions of the products are not satisfactory we will not accept the return. Products that have been mounted or used are not returnable under any condition. Returned products will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel an order without being charged any fee provided the order has not been shipped by the time you notify us of the cancellation. After shipment, cancellations will be considered as returns and will be subject to terms and conditions governing returns.
EXCHANGES: We will gladly exchange any product that has been ordered in the wrong size, model, color or specification. You must request a permission to exchange product from us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the product. Only the original Buyer may request an exchange.
